ACCOUNT MANAGER

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

An intelligent, dedicated, hard-working, Account Manager who desires to be part of a major shift in video advertising.


Applicants must have the right combination of sales skills, client relations, and core ideology that will enable Paladin Media Group to continue making its mark as the premiere production company in the region and beyond.


These certain qualifications are necessary to be considered for an Account Manager role at Paladin:


PREVIOUS SALES EXPERIENCE
Candidate must have worked in sales roles in the past with a minimum of 2 years of experience. Your skills, your work ethic, and your personality are the keys to open the door to this job at Paladin.


SALES SKILLS
The ability to effectively PITCH the idea & CLOSE the sale is essential. Ensuring customer and client satisfaction is a must. Attention to detail is paramount (please see What We Need From You below). Since Paladin is a mac-based company, previous mac experience would be a benefit.

ABILITY TO INTERFACE WITH CLIENTS, CUSTOMERS, CASTS, & CREWS
In addition to maintaining good rapport with our existing regional and national clients, our Account Managers will be expected to develop outstanding working relationships with new customers and clients, production crews, freelancers, talent, and people with artistic natures on the phone, via email and in person.

BLAH, BLAH, BLAH
All candidates should be able to work in a highly creative, sometimes stressful, often fun and fast-paced setting. Ability to hang on tight and fly by the seat of your pants will be helpful. Due to the nature of the business some travel, nights, and weekends may be required.

This position will be 100% commission. It will include health benefits and Simple IRA options.
