Paladin Pictures Utilizes Region’s Creative Talent

Charlottesville, Virginia—November 19, 2002—Paladin Pictures, LLC, is making its mark on the Charlottesville region with creative film & video production services. From commercials and corporate videos to documentaries and feature-length dramatic films, Paladin Pictures utilizes local, regional and national talent.

The central Virginia area is loaded with incredible talent. From writers and actors to editors and sound men, it’s great to be able to utilize the strengths of so many artists right here, said Kent C. Williamson, founder of Paladin Pictures and a former University of Virginia producer and director.

Paladin Pictures is currently in production on several significant projects including putting the finishing touches on its first motion picture, When Love Walks In, and editing its cultural exploration of post-modernism, Rebellion of Thought.

Williamson, who studied film at Hollywood’s Columbia College and received his Masters in Screenwriting from Regent University added, the big projects are what I want Paladin to focus on, but it’s the smaller projects, the commercials and the corporate videos that help pay the bills. These are also the projects that have a direct impact on the Charlottesville region. Helping clients reach their goals through video is a greatly rewarding experience.

Paladin Pictures’ clients include the Virginia State Bar, Piedmont Housing Alliance, New York Times best-selling author Jan Karon, Viking-Penguin, the Center for Academic Integrity, and the University of Virginia’s MRSEC Center.
